Why it matters
The listing people see before they ever visit your site
Search for a business in Coeur d’Alene or Spokane and Google shows its Business Profile: the hours, the phone number, the photos, the reviews and a button to call. For many customers, that’s the whole decision.
The problems we see most are simple and costly: the wrong primary category, old hours, a duplicate listing, no photos, a street address showing when it shouldn’t, or a profile nobody has touched in two years. Each one costs calls.

Questions
Google Business Profile questions
Is a Google Business Profile free?
Yes. The profile itself costs nothing. What takes time is setting it up correctly and keeping it active.
Should I reply to every review?
Yes, good and bad. Thank people specifically, and for a negative review, own it and take the conversation offline. Replies show customers someone is paying attention.
Can I offer customers something for a review?
No. Google’s rules prohibit incentives for reviews and filtering who gets asked. Ask every customer the same way.
My profile was suspended. Can you help?
We can work through Google’s reinstatement process with you, starting with fixing whatever triggered it. Google makes the final call, so there’s no guaranteed outcome.
Do I still need a website if I have a profile?
Yes. Your website is one of the signals Google uses to rank your profile, and it’s where customers go to decide.
