Social media management Social media management for Coeur d’Alene, Spokane and North Idaho businesses
We plan your posts, make them from your real work, answer comments and messages, and engage with local accounts so more people nearby see you. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

What it’s for
Social media works when it shows real work
For most local businesses, social media isn’t about going viral. It’s about showing up regularly where your customers already look, so they remember you when they need you.
The posts that work are the real ones: a finished job, a happy customer, a quick tip, the people behind the business. Most owners know that and still can’t keep it up, because posting is the first thing to slip when the week gets busy. That’s the part we take off your plate.
Because we usually manage the website too, your posts point somewhere that works.

How it works
Your social media, handled in four steps
You stay in control of what goes out. We do the planning, the making, the posting and the conversations.
Step 1
A call and a plan
We learn what you sell, who buys it and what your local competitors post. Then we pick the platforms your customers use and plan the month.
Step 2
We make the content
Posts written and designed from your real work: photos from the job, finished projects, offers, tips and the people on your team.
Step 3
You approve it
You see the posts before they go out and ask for any changes. Nothing is published until you say yes.
Step 4
We post and keep the conversation going
We publish on schedule, answer comments and messages, and engage with local accounts. Each month you get a short report on what worked.
What you see each month
Before anything goes out, you get the month laid out: each post, the day it runs and where it goes. Approve them all at once, or ask for a change to one. Anything still waiting for you stays unpublished.

Who does what
We do the work. You keep the final say.
Running social media well takes a few hours every week. Here’s how that work splits between us.
What we handle
- Strategy: who you’re trying to reach, which platforms, and what to post about
- A look at local competitors: what they post and where they leave gaps
- A monthly content plan built around your seasons, offers and events
- Writing and design: captions and graphics in your brand
- Scheduling and posting on Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile
- Replies to comments and messages
- Local engagement with accounts your customers follow
- A monthly report in plain English
What we need from you
- Photos from the job or the shop. A phone camera is fine, and we’ll tell you what to capture.
- A heads-up on news: a sale, a new hire, a busy season, an event.
- Your approval on the posts before they go out.
- Answers only you can give, like a price for a specific job. We pass those questions to you right away.
Local engagement
Reach people nearby, not just followers
Posting is half of it. The other half is being part of the local conversation. A person on our team, not a bot, likes and comments on posts from local accounts your customers already follow: neighborhood businesses, community pages and people who’ve engaged with you before. Each one puts your name in front of someone nearby.
- Real people, never bots. No automated comments and no bought followers, which platforms penalize.
- Local on purpose. We engage around Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Sandpoint and Spokane, or wherever you work, not with random accounts across the country.
- Every comment and message answered. A question left for three days is a customer who called someone else.

Before and after
What changes when we take it over
Without a plan
- Posts go up when someone remembers
- Pages go quiet for months during the busy season
- Comments and messages wait days for a reply
- Stock graphics that could be any business
- No idea which posts brought in calls
With Carey Enterprises
- A planned month, approved by you ahead of time
- A steady schedule, even when you’re slammed
- Replies handled, and quote requests passed to you right away
- Posts made from your real work and your people
- A monthly report on what people responded to, and what we’ll do next

North Idaho and Spokane
Social media that sounds like it’s from here
We’re based in Athol, between Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, and the year here runs on seasons: lake season and visitors in Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, snow and furnace calls in winter, spring yard work, back-to-school in Spokane. A good content plan follows that calendar, so your posts land when people are thinking about what you do.
We also post to your Google Business Profile, which many social media managers skip. Those posts show up where people nearby search for you.
In their words
Website and social, managed together
“Our website was very outdated and needed to be more user friendly, especially for mobile devices. Carey Enterprises rebuilt our website with a mobile first design and included the features we wanted. They now manage our website and our social media. I would recommend them for anyone who wants a set it and forget it solution for website management and social media.”

Cost and what’s included
What social media management costs
A social media strategy is part of our Professional plan, $997 a month plus a $1,897 one-time setup fee, along with scheduled content and promotions, SEO and your website. Ongoing posting and management depend on how many platforms and how often, so ask us and we’ll look at what you need.
How long until it works: social media builds slowly. Expect a few months of steady posting before you see a pattern in what people respond to, and in the visits and calls that come from it.
What isn’t included: the ad spend for paid posts, which goes to the platform, and professional photo or video shoots. A phone camera on the job is usually enough.
Questions
Social media questions
Which platforms do you manage?
Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile posts are the usual mix, and YouTube when you have video. We’ll recommend the ones your customers actually use.
Do I approve every post?
Yes. You see the posts before they go out and can ask for changes. Nothing is published until you approve it.
Do I need to send you photos?
Real photos of your work make the best posts. We’ll tell you what to capture on the job, and a phone camera is fine. If a week is thin on photos, we fill it with tips, offers and posts about your team.
Who answers comments and messages?
We do, in your voice. Anything we can’t answer for you, like a price for a specific job, we pass to you right away so the customer isn’t left waiting.
Do you buy followers or use bots?
No. Bought followers and automated comments get accounts penalized and don’t turn into customers. A person on our team does the engagement, focused on accounts near you.
Will social media get me more followers?
Steady posting and local engagement grow an audience, but followers aren’t the goal. Calls, messages and visits to your website are, and the monthly report tracks those.
Can you manage my website too?
Yes. Many clients have us manage both, like Work Well Massage. It keeps your posts and your website saying the same thing.
How much does social media management cost?
A social media strategy comes with our Professional plan ($997 a month plus a $1,897 setup fee). Ongoing posting depends on the platforms and how often you post, so ask and we’ll look at what you need.
How often should a local business post?
Steadily, more than often. A few real posts a week that show finished work and the people behind the business beat daily filler. Pages that go quiet for months are the ones that hurt.
Can you post on our Google Business Profile too?
Yes. Google profile posts are part of the usual mix, and they help keep your profile active. See Google Business Profile.
