Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one-time setup fee when you start: $997 for Starter and Business, $1,897 for Professional. It covers onboarding and building your new website. After that, it’s just the monthly plan.
How fast is a new website ready?
About 2 weeks on Starter, 2 to 3 weeks on Business and 3 to 6 weeks on Professional, counted from when we have your completed questionnaire and content.
What counts as a content update?
Changes to the words, photos and details on your existing pages: hours, services, staff, prices, promotions. Business and Professional plans include unlimited updates.
Can you take over the website I already have?
Usually, yes. We look at it first and tell you whether it’s worth keeping. See website rescue.
What’s the Enterprise plan?
For multi-location businesses, large catalogs, custom integrations or several sites. We scope it with you and price it to the work.
