Search engine optimization SEO for North Idaho and Spokane businesses
It’s like giving your website a boost so it shows up higher on search engines when people search for things related to your business. We do the work and explain it in plain English.

What to expect
SEO takes months, not weeks
SEO is how a business in Coeur d’Alene, Hayden or Spokane shows up when someone nearby searches for what it does. Done well, it brings in visitors you don’t pay for per click.
We’ll be straight with you about timing. Technical fixes can help within weeks. Ranking for competitive local searches takes months of steady work, and anyone promising a spot on page one by next month is guessing. We’ll tell you what’s realistic for your market before you sign anything.
SEO also works best on a site that’s fast, clear and easy to contact you from. If yours isn’t, we’ll say so. That may be the first fix.

What’s included
How we improve your rankings
Technical audit
We find what’s holding the site back first: speed, broken pages, crawl problems and missing tags. Strong foundation, then everything else.
Keyword research and a topical map
After your questionnaire, we map the searches your ideal customers actually make and plan the pages that answer them.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile
Your Google listing, reviews and local pages, so you show up in the map results for the towns you serve.
Content that answers real questions
Service and location pages written for your customers, not stuffed with keywords.
Calls to action and accessibility
Traffic is wasted if visitors can’t become customers. We check accessibility and make the next step obvious.
Reporting you can read
Regular, plain-English updates on what changed, what it did and what’s next.
How it works
How an SEO engagement runs

Technical audit and fixes so search engines can read and trust the site.
Step 3
Build the right pages
Service, location and content pages aimed at the searches that bring in work.
Step 4
Report and adjust
Track what’s moving, report it in plain English, and keep improving.
In their words
Speed is part of SEO
“We needed a new ecommerce website design that had all of the bells and whistles for our business model. In addition to that, we had an impossible request… make our website faster than any of our competitors. Carey Enterprises exceeded our expectations and we’ve grown year over year because of it.”

Cost and timing
What SEO costs and what’s included
Ongoing SEO is part of our Professional plan, $997 a month plus a $1,897 one-time setup fee. Along with the website and its upkeep, it covers:
- Search engine optimization: the technical audit, research and pages described above.
- Google Business Profile optimization. See Google Business Profile.
- Google Analytics and Search Console setup, so you can see what’s working.
- A/B split testing and a monthly strategy meeting.
On every plan, the site is built search-ready: clear headings, page titles, descriptions, schema and a sitemap. What Starter and Business don’t include is the ongoing work: research, new pages, profile management and reporting.
Timing: technical fixes can show within weeks; competitive local searches take months. Want SEO on a site you already have, without a new one? Ask us; we start with a free audit.
Questions
SEO questions
How long does SEO take to work?
Months, not weeks. Technical fixes can show up quickly; competitive local searches take steady work over time. We’ll tell you what to expect for your market before you commit.
Can you guarantee a first-page ranking?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google’s results. We guarantee the work, and we report what it’s doing.
What’s the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
Ads put you at the top while you pay for each click. SEO earns a place in the regular results, which keeps bringing in visitors without a per-click cost.
What is local SEO?
It’s SEO for showing up in your area: the map results, your Google Business Profile, reviews and pages for the towns you serve, like Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls and Spokane.
Do I need a new website before doing SEO?
Not always. We start with an audit. If the site is slow or hard to use, fixing that comes first, because rankings don’t help if visitors leave.
How much do SEO services cost?
Ongoing SEO comes with our Professional plan: $997 a month plus a $1,897 one-time setup fee, which also includes the website, its upkeep and your Google Business Profile.
Can you do SEO on a website you didn’t build?
Usually, yes. We start with an audit of the site as it is. If it’s too slow or too hard to change to rank well, we’ll tell you before you spend anything on SEO.
What will I see each month?
A plain-English update: what we changed, how your rankings, visits and calls moved, and what we’re working on next.
