Getting started
How long does it take to build a website?
About two weeks once you’ve completed our questionnaire and sent your content and images. Larger sites take 2 to 6 weeks depending on the plan, and you’ll get a launch date before we start.
How much does a website cost?
Our managed website plans start at $297 a month and include the site, hosting, security and updates. Larger projects are scoped and priced after a conversation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards. For some clients we can also set up ACH payments.
Is there a contract?
No. Website plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
What do I need to have ready?
Your answers to our questionnaire, your logo, photos of your work and any text you want on the site. We’ll tell you exactly what’s missing.

Yes. Every week someone calls us about a site another developer left broken or abandoned. We call it website rescue, and it’s usually fixable.
Can you take over hosting and updates for my current site?
Usually, yes. We look at it first and tell you whether it’s worth keeping, then move it onto one of our managed plans.

Can you manage our social media too?
Yes. We can run your social media marketing end to end as a separate service, and many clients have us manage the website and social together.

Do you only work with North Idaho businesses?
No. Most of our clients are between Sandpoint and Spokane, but we build for businesses outside the region too.
