Is your website losing leads?

Nine yes-or-no questions about where inquiries slip away, and your own numbers. You get the gaps, what each one could be costing you, and what to fix first.

Your numbers

1. On a phone, can someone tap your phone number on your website to call you?
2. In the last 30 days, have you sent a test through your contact form and seen it arrive?
3. Do people who fill out your form hear back within an hour during business hours?
4. When you miss a call, does the caller get a text back or a call the same day?
5. Is there a clear button to call, book or ask for a quote on every page of your site?
6. Do your website and your Google Business Profile show the same hours, phone number and services?
7. On your own phone, using cell data, does your homepage load quickly?
8. If you run ads, do they send people to a page about the service they clicked on, rather than your homepage?
9. Do all your leads (calls, forms, messages) end up in one place where you can see who’s been followed up?
Fill in your numbers and answer all nine.

This uses only your numbers and your answers. The dollar figure assumes each gap costs the number of leads a month you choose; it’s a way to size the problem, not a prediction.

Why it matters

Most lost leads never show up anywhere

A lead you lose doesn’t leave a record. The form that stopped sending in March, the missed call on a Saturday, the visitor who couldn’t find a phone number on their phone: none of them complain. They hire the next business on the list.

That’s why the calculator asks about the gaps, not your traffic. Most of them are quick to check and cheap to fix. Ours are fixed the same way: forms go straight into a CRM, every lead gets an instant reply, and missed calls get a text back. That’s our system integrations work.

Questions

Website Lead Leak Calculator questions

Where does the dollar figure come from?

Only from your answers. Your average job value times how many of 10 inquiries hire you gives what one lead is worth. The calculator multiplies that by the gaps you have and the number of leads a month you think each one costs, which you can change.

Why does “Not sure” count as a gap?

If you don’t know whether your contact form works or how fast leads hear back, nobody is checking. Those are the first things to test.

Do you see my answers?

No. The calculator runs in your browser and nothing is sent or saved.

Which gap should I fix first?

The results list them in order: anything that might be broken (your form, missed calls) first, then speed of reply, then the things that make it harder to reach you.
